Installing a three-phase online UPS system involves several key steps to ensure proper setup and functionality.
Select a well-ventilated, dry area away from heat sources. Ensure the location is accessible for maintenance and has enough space for the UPS and batteries.
1. Power Down
Turn off and unplug all connected equipment and the main power supply to avoid electrical hazards.
2. Mount the UPS
Securely mount the UPS using the provided mounting hardware.
3. Install Batteries
Install the batteries according to the manufacturer’s instructions, ensuring proper connections and secure placement.
4. Connect Input Power
Connect the input power cables to the UPS, ensuring they are properly rated for the voltage and current requirements
5. Connect Output Power
You can connect the output power cables to the connected equipment, ensuring secure and correct connections
6. Configure Settings
Power on the UPS and access the user interface (LCD display or touch screen). Configure the UPS settings according to your specific requirements, such as input/output voltage, battery settings, and alarm thresholds.
7. Testing
Perform a self-test to ensure all components are functioning correctly. Test the UPS system under load conditions to verify its performance and reliability.
8. Final Adjustments
Make any necessary adjustments to the settings based on the test results. Ensure all connections are secure and that the system is operating smoothly.
