UPS Start-up Procedures
1. Confirm Power Supply
Ensure the voltage and frequency from the distribution panel to the UPS terminal are normal.
2. Activate Bypass Mode
- Turn on the SWBY (Bypass) and SWOUT (Output) switches.
- The UPS will operate in bypass mode, and the BYIN and BYPASS LED indicators on the panel will illuminate green steadily.
3. Switch to Mains Mode
- Turn on the SWIN (Main Circuit) switch.
- After approximately 30 seconds, the UPS will switch to mains inverter mode.
- The INPUT and INV LED indicators will illuminate green and remain steady.
- The BYPASS LED indicator will turn off, and the BATTERY LED indicator will begin flashing.
4. Activate Battery Connection
- After confirming the battery polarity is correctly connected, turn on the Battery Switch.
- The UPS will automatically detect battery efficiency.
- The INPUT and INV LEDs will remain green, while the BATTERY LED will turn off.
Important Note
If the touch screen displays “Current status: Phase sequence error” and the BYIN LED is flashing after turning on the SWBY and SWOUT switches, adjust the input phase of the power distribution until the error message clears. Then proceed to turn on the SWIN switch.
